Help to identify helmet

I recently acquired this helmet and would like help to identify it please. It was sold as a M18. It has 3 rivets, 2 are directly below the nubs and one in the rear. It has a rolled edge. The inside liner looks like a M16 liner. The original color is green. It has a batch stamp 120. I am clueless to its real identity.
