Hoping for approval- newbie from Dallas

Hello! My name is Scott and I live in Dallas, Texas. I mostly collect and read WWII biographies and autobiographies, preferably signed by veterans. My first love is aviation because my grandfather built military aircraft from 1940-1973. I am very involved with the CAF Wings Over Houston Airshow. I have recently started collecting a little bit of WWII items. I came to this site to read and learn but now need help because I’ve bought a flag I hope isn’t fake. Even after reading a lot of fascinating material posted by a generous member named Nick, I’m still stumped. Thank you!
