I found a K98 bayonet with a greyish patina. Visible numbers 9450 hh.
I also detected, but less visible the letters SGX. (with magnifying lens 44SGX):
The top of the bayonet handle is a bit worn out and no Waffenamt is visble unfortunately.
Is this an authentic German WW2 bayonet?
Would be great to learn more about it!

Still finding my way.
As I do not see the green button to post a message yet, I will have to wait a little to share my question I guess.
