New to War relics forum and MD

Hi All
I have just started to used my recently purchased XP GMAXX to search for WW2 Relics in Normandy were I live.
My Two outings have come up trumps as I have located many Fox holes.
I would love to share my findings with you all and post pictures soon.
My best find is something I never expected to find and put it in my Junk pile by a friend in germany who was advising me spotted on my picture the relic sitting in the background.....It was the end of an MG42.
Looking forward to more finds later today
