Police bayonet

Hello to this forum...this is my first time posting here so please excuse me if I’m in the wrong place for my inquiry.

My question is... I recently purchased a police bayonet for $150... I usually don’t buy something without doing my research... but time was ticking and I had to make a decision. I believe this to be a “cut down” version because of the end of the blade where the fuller ends. The bayonet and scabbard appear to have matching numbers. The only two bad things that I see is that it’s missing the Nazi emblem on the handle and the stitching on the scabbard has completely lifted. I know these will decrease the value... I guess my question would be... real or memorex? I also believe that this is from the Wiesbaden district? I do some bayonet collecting and just want to know if made a good decision or a bad one! Grin
