TR Diplomatic Insignia Opinion please!!

I have collected TR insignia for close to 40 years with my interest begin related to the occupied East / Generalgouvernement.
I have several diplomatic items in my collection but I have never been able to say with 100% certainty if these 2 shields are 100%
In my opinion everything is correct with these shields, material, style etc...

Now I am hoping that there is a Diplomatic insignia expert out there who can give me a definitive yes or no.
