IMO it's a reproduction. The pin set on the one you illustrate is not correct for that badge. The pin set you show is "coffin" like when the original is more like a rectangle with the maker's mark.

I just love thoses badges ,great design,but the one you have is a fake ,all fakes pins have the same back so very easy to tell them.

Those tell tale "coffin" shaped pin plates are seen alot, particularly on HJ pins.

Why would fakers use this shape. Do any genuine badges have this shaped plate?
