Certainly not a WWII era pin, probably just neo-nazi stuff.

Looks like it could be a nice celluloid Nazi sympathizer pin. I'd want to handle it to be 100% certain but I think it has a good chance of being a period original piece.
A lot of this kitsch stuff was made early on and sold at party related events...much similar how you get all of the bootlegged NFL shirts at the Super Bowl each and every year. The NSDAP eventually shut this practice down.

I agree that this piece appears to be an early supporter pin. It has the right amount of natural age to it.
