Armband non military service?

Hi Gents,
My friend has this armband and wasn't too sure what it was so any info would be appreciated. Not sure of german name for this but I thinks it's for non military working for the wehrmacht.

Hi, thanks for the link, I was able to identify an armband that I thought was fake!
