Difficult to say with these but it could be anywhere from '20s - '50s from the materials and style. These things are always produced to a price and the materials will be what is mainstream at the time rather than anything special. There must be thousands of outlets for this type of thing still today with modern pieces now being electroplated or resin sealed / coated etc.
