I agree with Erich. It should be a 2nd pattern medal but there are many differences between this and known and accepted originals.

I'm not an expert on blood orders, but a first glance was enough to arouse my skepticism. What I first noticed was that the eagle's beak is too "powerful" in my opinion. It looks kinda weird. Also the edge of the front, which is very uneven in width. That looks sloppy.

Match the placing, spacing and shape of the letters and numbers in the words and dates and also the eagle's beak and feathers against a known original second pattern and you will see the differences.
