    A very obscure item. It is very possible no one, including myself, have ever encountered these. At times, there can be no reply to items like this. Guessing does no favors to anyone.

    I believe there is a tread in the headgear section by Stonemint which shows Zeppelin Crew Pecked caps, I don't remember if there were close-ups of the buttons buts it's a place to start. I know they show the main badge in close-up. Good luck.

    At a glance I think they are okay and indeed are buttons for the Deutsche Zeppelin-Reederei.

    I saw them for the first time in the Luftfahrtmuseum Köln-Butzweilerhof
    in the late 1980's, when doing research for my Lufthansa-book. A button
    as shown is in my book on page 159.
    The eagle symbol, in this form, also was used as an insignia for the visored
    cap, but with an additional wreath and was also the symbol for the flag from
    the company.
