    Default Collar Tab ID.....

    Hello everyone,
    I have a nice size collection of collar tabs, and am usually pretty good at identifying them, I'm stumped on this, any help please? I'm guessing early SA - Hochland based on the light blue color? But what's with the down arrow? From the back; piping is 3 chord, mothing, even the buckham looks good? Anybody? Not sure if I put this in the right, forum, wasn't sure. Ty.

    Anybody, I'm conpletely stumped, are there any tabs, with that down arrow on it, in general? Or maybe its from another country, same time period? I am lost.
