German medic armband

Hey guys this was literally the first ww2 item I ever bought and knowing what I know now, I probably would’ve stayed far away because I know nothing about this and I’m sure it’s probably faked. Long story short this guy I ran into knew I was a very beginner collector with stars in my eyes and thought everything everyone was selling as original was true. He told me it was a original ww2 german medic armband So he said all he was asking was 20$ and wanted it gone so being excited and oblivious I bought it but even though I was more than likely burned at least it was only 20$. Any way guys let’s put this mystery to rest let me know your opinions and thanks as always.

Never seen an RB Nummer start with a '1' .... always been a '0' .

That alone would throw me off ( maybe it is Bundeswher? )
