well after 2 big tests, and rugby practice for 2 hours (in the snow!) I came home and went straight to the forum. while perusing I came across this beautiful ribbon and knew I had to have it. and within a few minutes it was mine! what do you guys think? nice huh?

It says "Day for national solidarity" State of Dusseldorf. A cloth ribbon tinny as far as I can tell. Not very common I imagine. Not worth big bucks, just unusual to me.
I imagine the folks that are more experienced with tinny's could tell you more.

It was sold by the WHW Organization during the Gaustrassensamlungen in Gau Düsseldorf during December 1936. We sell these on our site from time to time for around $20-$25.00 depending on condition.

The 'Tag der Nationalen Solidaritat' events would eventually become the 'Tag der Wehrmacht' events.
