I got this Hitler Jugend Sieg Rune Patch today, in nice condition though mine is missing the RZM mark/ control tag.

Are these DJ rather than HJ?

The Jungvolk-patch was worn by DJ, in the position where HJ
did wear their armband. That's the difference. HJ did not wear it!

The shown one was worn through the years; the colored ones not.
They were not worn anymore, dissolved in about spring 1936.
That's also the moment when for the HJ these colors also disappeared
and the identification colors came instead for Motor-HJ, Nachrichten-HJ
etc.
