I came across this badge in an auction item that I won. I don't collect items like this and would surely like to get it into the hands of someone who would appreciate it more than me. However, I wouldn't mind opinions about the possible authenticity of the item, before trying to sell it. Thank you for your time and thoughts.

Also, anyone know a fair price for something like this, if it's authentic?
