I have just got this pin NSV, It has stamps GES.GESCH and RZM, but a in doubt markers mark, is it M 34 ? I can see more but what ?

The marking says "M1/34". All "M"-prefixed codes were for metal goods, with "M1" being for metal badges specifically. The number behind the "/" identified the manufacturer. "34" was Karl Wurster of Markneukirchen.
