Need help - 1936 Olympics Badge

I've seen these types of badges with stickpin attachment, but not like this. Marked "Ges-Gesch" at the back. Some say these are not TR items. Please tell me what you think. Thank you.

I would say a cast fake by looking at the front side!
Blops and uneven enamel all over ..
Not period item...
