Hello all, I picked up these badges recently and was wondering what they are and if they look authentic. I notice the backing is different but other than that not really sure. Any help would be immeasurably appreciated.

Can’t help on authenticity but you have it upside down. It’s a RAD pin. Someone will chime in to tell you more
Both fake, The RAD were not bound to any RZM rules.. RZM on RAD= Bad !
