I think the shield badge is a WHW tinnie.
The Baltic one I can only speculate upon. But I wonder if it is a Post war insignia worn by displaced persons working for the US Army. Given the red/white/red colours possibly Latvian?

Here is a close up...the pin was found on a current US base in Germany
There most probably the Latvian servicemans in the US army, most of them is POW, and members of 15 and 19 div of SS
