This is interesting one, I haven't seen before PL gorget without RZM marks. Everything else looks to be in order on this example.
Maybe can find answer from Wilhelm Saris Gorget-book if someone has the book?

Thanks for your opinion TJ! You seem to be able to read minds. That's exactly what I think. The piece is otherwise 100% as it should be. Everything is correct. Right down to the typical gap in the felt cover in the top left and right corners. The felt is obviously old, rotten, the glue is coming off in the corners. The material is coated with a non-ferrous alloy which has been bronzed and the appearance is almost exactly like M1/102 marked pieces.
I've been researching the web like an idiot for the past few days and haven't found even one piece without a marking. That's why I carefully bent open the clips, thinking there might be a mark on the underside because the clips might have been soldered on upside down. But there was nothing! In any case, I am convinced of the authenticity, but wanted to hear other forum members. I do also think that it is extremely unlikely that a faker would go to such lengths to produce a perfect 'fake' and then 'forget' the RZM mark. Perhaps this is just something like the 'Holy Grail'.
