Thanks Sammler I’m really happy with it. Wasn’t cheap but the condition is fantastic. Are you aware of any publications on armbands of the Third Reich?

IMO the best Text Book on the topic NSDAP Uniforms in general is Jeff Clarks Book "Uniforms of the NSDAP". There are almost all of the political Armbands and the different varitions of them displayed.

Unfortunately, the book is quite difficult to find because it has been out of print for years. Every now and then it shows up at a dealer, but often at quite expensive prices. But it's definitely worth an investment if you're serious about collecting NSDAP items. I don't know of a better book on this topic.

For the position "Stellenleiter in der Kreisleitung" the most likely ranks would be "Hauptarbeitsleiter", "Bereitschaftsleiter" and "Oberbereitschaftsleiter" (see marking).

Just be patient, one day you will find a nice pair, but what I had notice, lower level rank tabs are much harder to find.

Sometimes you can luck out though...I found a copy of Volume 1 of Collector’s Guide to “Liberated” Adolf Hitler Memorabilia, Nazi and SS Regalia by Jack Pia and a Uniforms of the SS Volume 4 on a website a while back for like $100.

It's better to have something that is uncommon if not expensive that may help save heartache in the future IMO....and nice armband! I have a Reichs Leiter eines Hauptamtes I picked up a while back from a dealer friend.
