The pin of the National Socialists in the Second Polish Republic

Hi all!
A pin of National Socialist sympathizers among the German minority in the Second Polish Republic. Are these the letters N and S? Was it a specific party sympathizing with the NSDAP? What can the "Hammer" mean on the pin?

The three dots would appear to punctuate three letters. They appear to be J U and either P, or ß, which is double S. Hopefully other will have more knowledge than I.
