RAD cuff-title

Hello,
anybody can recognize a cuff-title on this photo? I am wondering if it's not ANHALT cuff-title but don't see any words on it... Also color dont fit for black ones. Guys on photo are from 4/36 Abteilung - Dietfurt in Wartheland so photo can be dated on 1942 and later. Will be thankfull for help.

Hello, quite possible, how did you determine 4/36 as Dietfurt in GAU III Wartheland ?

unknown location? No. It is Laulne, France, Département Manche.
