Hello, I would consider these ranks mid war, the Reichsarbeitsdienst ranking system evolved from the early FAD ( Freiwilliger Arbeits Dienst ) up until the latter years of the war..
First up the Arbeitsmann, which is a fairly plain collar tab and without shoulder boards..

The next rank is Vormann, with collar tabs and shoulder boards..

Obervormann, the only difference from his lower ranking friend is the collar insignia..
