Blue color is for gruppe Hochland or Bayerische Ostmark.
4/RS1 means 4th Sturm, Reserve-Schützenstandarten 1. and Reserve-Schützenstandarten 1 located at München Gruppe Hochland
It is first time I see Reserve-Schützenstandarten collar tab.

Thanks for the answer
I couldn't find similar ones, that's why I opened this post, where do you think this difference could be from?

Hi Stan, please read mine first post again. I edited that post for more information and I see you writed your post just before I had time to edit mine. I writed that post too quickly before think what I am writing
Differences from gruppes Hochland and Bayerische Ostmark comes from button color what they used.
Hochland used silver color buttons
Bayerische Ostmark used gold color buttons
Normally SA collar tabs stitch is also same color as button color, but Jägerstandarten and Schützenstandarten used green color.
However, on May 1941, stitch color was changed from green to white.

Yes, now everything is clear :-)
Pre-May 1941 production, what exactly do these two stripes mean?
How do you rate the condition of the collar tabs?
Thank you
Stan
Two stripes (litze) mean it is rank for SA Rottenführer, it is rank tab. And 4/RS1 tabs are unit tabs.
You have there three unit tabs, as the blank one is also unit tab (can notice it from the shape of it) and one rank tab for Rottenführer.
Those looks to be nice condition.

And everything is clear again, thank you.

Stan
