What unit do these tabs represent?

These are collar patches for a Sturmführer in the the 23rd Sturm of SA-Standarte 16 "List" (named in honor of the infantry regiment in which Hitler had served in WWI). The light blue color with white embroidery and silver rank pips is for SA-Gruppe "Hochland".
