Stahlhelmbund Flag Bearer Arm Patch, but from which period?

Hey

I just bought this arm badge on eBay Kleinanzeigen.
It´s now on the way to me, so I only have the Photos from the seller.

I saw this photo from the forum member Wilhelm Saris on the Stahlhelmbund Photo Reference Thread,
the badge on the man´s arm looks very much like the one I bougt, just with the Jungstahlhelm instead of the Stahlhelm Logo.

Are there any known period pictures of the patch in wear?

If anyone knows, from what period the patch is, or knows something else about it, I were very happy to know about it!

It has arrived now and it looks like if it has some age to it.
It is pretty huge, so it fits the dimensions of the Patch in the period picture.

Is there any possibility to date the patch?

I hope my photos are good enough for you to review the patch.

It doesn't seem to have the quality of construction I'd expect in a inter-war period embroidery.
The colours are also very bright 90+ year old badge.

I would agree, this a modern reproduction i am sorry. The stitching on the back is also a give away.

The stahlhelmbund existed in West Germany a Long time after the second worldwar. So its maybe a Post war veterans patch.

It looks like it has some mothing to it, and the colours are not so bright like in the photos.
But you are right, the construction on the back, doesnt match any patch from the war or inter war period.
