That's what I thought. The sling's condition was the first red flag, it's too nice and new to have been from the pre-war or wartime era, to say nothing of the stamp.

Another question, but more general regarding the TeNo:
Did this organization have armed units for facility security, or was that duty assumed by other groups? It would seem that a large part of what they dealt with were sensitive sites providing necessary services/power for the conduct of the war, so keeping these safe from resistance types and saboteurs would seem like an obvious concern. Was that the case?
