Unknown RAD armband

Armband on the lower right sleeve. What is that?

Hello ! Upon first view I believed this to be Arbeitsgau XXI Niederrhein, but with closer inspection and looking at the sign behind the Arbeitsmann it is clearly Arbeitsgau VI Mecklenburg, the Wappen on the tent also suggests that the area is represented by Waren which in that case would be Arbeitsgau VI, RAD Gruppe 64 Waren, (1/64 thru 10/64), as far as the armband, there is not enough detail to discern a particular pattern, and it's a shame, it could have well been a clue as to other possible avenues of research. G

Thanks for offering your insight. I was hoping the armband might be recognized, but alas, some things just can't be known.
