Volksturm Armband - Opinions Please

I'm negociating this Volksturm armband, It looks correct to me but I'll be appreciate some opinions about it.

That is a nice period orignal example. BAck in the 1960's, a local
Chicago dealer bought a stack of over 100 unissued examples of this armband from a vet and priced them at $3.00. For years, they were impossible to sell. Today, they are all swallowed up in collections. It would be a nice addition to your collection
