Hello Mr. Carfin, I think it belongs to the book "HANDBUCH DER WHW ABZEICHEN" from 1939
I don't have that book yet, at the moment I only have three catalogs by Reinhard Tieste, I hope to get more books on winterhilfswerk soon.

Hello gentlemen,
Hello "Gefreiter Otto"
Very nice & complete set of "traffic signs" for the "Tag der Polizei" of February 15/16, 1941.
There was previously: January 28/29, 1939 also a series of road signs, also distributed by der Polizei, with a few different signs from the 1941 session.
The fundamental difference between the 2 series: is that of 1939 is in light metal, an aluminum alloy, and that of 1941 is in zinc, hence a difference in weight.
Nice photos, Congrats.
Best regards from Alsace , France.
Carfin.

The soldier wears the Crystal insignia upside down, because these pieces had a string at the bottom.
If we turn the image over, we can identify the insignia of the "Brandenburger Tor"
The cord of these pieces was at the bottom.
Hello gentlemen, Hello "Gefreiter Otto",
Nice collection of WHW badges, well done.
Outside of Germany, there are very few collectors of this type of badge and it requires a lot of interest and patience. I see that your collection seems quite complete and that you have the documentation that goes well with it. Now all you have to do is find the exceptional models, unless you reveal them later. whatever happens, it's always nice to meet another WHW collector.
Best regards from Alsace , France.
Carfin.
Dear MR. Carfin, my idea is to focus only on the photographs, I think I will not continue acquiring badges.
The crystal badges are not mine, it is a photo from Ebay.de, I only have the Swords, Axes, Shields and signs.
I wanted to buy every badge you see in the photo, but my finances are modest.
I have seen their showcases and their collection, I really liked them.
Thank you for your words.
Greetings

The Inner Mission (German: Innere Mission, also translated as Home Mission) was and is a movement of German evangelicals, founded by Johann Hinrich Wichern in Wittenberg in 1848 based on a model by Theodor Fliedner.
Like other missions, the Interior Mission sought a "rebirth" of Christianity, through the doctrine of "brotherly love" and a social program of charity (social service) and Christian education.
