If this should be a SA reservist armband then it must be the SA 1 . The SA reserve 1 members came from Stahlhelmbund. The SA reserve 2 wear only the red swastika armband with a 1cm silvergrey stripe on top and bottom border.

I just found somehting that should be of interest here - A recently sold Stahlhelmbund tunic sporting one of those grey Swastika armbands:
Hamburg Stahlhelm Bund Tunic And Cap Set-SOLD
Provided this is an untouched orignial, it would appear that these brassards were specifically made for wear with the field-grey Stahlhelmbund uniforms during the transitional period when the Stahlhelmbund was subordinated to and eventually absorbed by the SA.

I agree. These are quite rare. In the late 1950's, I picked one of these up in a resale shop that sold a lot of war relics. They were not faking things like this back then. The SA reserve wore a standard kampfbinde with gray stripes on the edges.
