Help Please - NSBO Armband

I know squat about these items, but a antique dealer friend got this in yesterday and would like to know if it is authentic. I am normally very dubious of printed items, but as I know nothing about these, I offered to ask you guys. Thank you.

If it was offered to me I would pass. It looks too sloppy to be an original armband
