It's a good one IMO. Made of Linen Fabric, worn on the Brownshirt by NSDAP PL, SA, NSKK a.s.o.

I have a wool armband (worn on a tunic) made by the same maker (A4/849), which I haven’t been able to identify yet
A4/213 is the maker „Ewald Beiersmann & Sohn“ from Wuppertal-Langerfeld
