Opinions on screen-printed NSDAP armband
Good morning! I picked up this NSDAP arm band from an individual who I believe to be reputable, but I’m simply baffled by the white stitching around the border— something I’ve only seen on a couple other bands (of which were of questionable authenticity). Perhaps more perplexing is the sloppy lock stitch that’s visible on the front of the piece. It certainly passes the smell test, shows substantial wear/soiling, and exhibits ink bleed through on the reverse; however, I don’t currently have a black light in order to perform that test. I’d sure appreciate your opinions. Thanks in advance!
