My first impression is that it's an artificially aged fake. I'd be interested to hear more opinions.

If it isnt fantasy (I have never seen one before) it is a fake as the pin set up is wrong

Almost sure this fake for several reasons:

1. Possible fantasy badge
2. Coffin shaped pin plate that differs from the typical round plate you would expect to see on a TR era badge.
3. M1/129 has been widely used on fake NSDAP badges and others.
4. McDonalds style 'M' also indicative of fakery.
