    And here we have one of today's purchases at the militaria sale. There were two Parteiabzeichen for sale and mistakingly I chose the one I had rejected (this one shown here), the other was a M1/34 Karl Wurster Markneukirchen. The M1/34 was slightly damaged at the edge though. The children were with and I was distracted. Also noted the pin was missing... aahhhh.. The colour looks quite shiny as it was the end of daylight and I think the camera compensated for the lack of light..

    So do I have a decent Pre-RZM?

    I think it’s an original pre Rzm badge.

    I think also that it is a (cleaned) early original.

    I have also never seen this sort of enamel on a GG before, even if being polished to a glossy finish it looks still somehow ..strange.. I think, there would be further comparisons or research required, mabye looking for some details under microscope could be a good starting point. For me its a clear 'uncertain'
