Hi Lt. Martin , i would plump for the NSKK example as the blade seems to be in much better condition ( from what i see in the photos ) and it still has a good dark background to the motto , JMO

I would buy both daggers at these prices & would add that the NSKK dagger is the best of the 2 with a much better condition blade, let us know how you got on Lt Martin Sir

Yes, the NSKK does look better because of the blade !
Here they'd be around $500. to $600. + ( CDN )
at a show or from a dealer.............

Those two daggers will never look better than they do in those pictures. RZM daggers self destruct as the plating lifts off the zinc fittings. The only one I would even consider is the transitional. I think they are $300 daggers tops, but that is only my personal opinion. I have several hundred SA, NSKK and SS daggers and I try to shy away from all RZM ones in that condition. You simply cannot stop the corrosion at all.
