It appears to be a Schützerbund (Marksmanship Federation) belt , not sure of the date .

Basically it is a Heer Brocade with different green strips. I have one with a National Forestry buckle. I think the French buckle book shows one with a Stare Forestry buckle. My buddy Gary has a couple with Fire Defense Officials buckles. I don't know if any of the were correct but I do believe it is a period item.

The Schützen-brocade is different from Heer. They are used also these days and so
it can be an item from the 1970's or from about 2000. Probably! It is possible it is
an old one, but I do not believe so. The same brocades are also used with carnival-
unions these days.

You can buy them in Germany for about 60,- euro in various stripes colors.
