Fake early Monetny Dvor Red Star Order or duplicate

Hello boys and girls,

Is this a fake early Monetny Dvor or a duplicate? The shape looks old to me, but the screw post base is all wrong if its an early Monetny Dvor.. The serial number is stamped. Can someone help me?

Or could it be an newer type of red star as replacement to the early version that was lost in combat?

I don't think this is a legit duplicate, but rather a star from the 2.8 - 2.9 million range where they sandblasted the reverse, including the serial number. This is very uncommon for official duplicates, especially since they only partially erased the mint mark. It does have a Cyrillic 'D' and stamped serial number, but I don't trust this piece. Just my two cents.
