While rendering much assistance as a political officer to the command of the artillery depot, comrade Moshkov managed to make the personnel of the artillery depot of the Operational Group of Guards Mortar Units work closely together in order to accomplish one single goal – the total defeat of the German forces. The personnel of the artillery depot are working closely together. He devotes attention to the uninterrupted supply of the guards mortar units with ammunition, personally driving ammunition to units in forward positions, which enabled the units to fight the enemy uninterruptedly, as was particularly shown near Gizel.
Continuously supplying the guards mortar units with ammunition, the artillery depot commanded by comrade Moshkov enabled the units to support the offensive of our forces with their powerful fire and kill and destroy a large quantity of enemy troops and materiel.
For displayed merits and bravery comrade Moshkov deserves to be awarded the Order of the Red Star.
