    Short, concrete description of personal combat feat or merits:

    During the period of offensive combat, attempting to break through the enemy defenses to the northwest of the city of Chojnice in the Pomeranian Voivodeship, since February 26, 1945, comrade Rudenko systematically delivered ammunition to the combat units, despite the difficult conditions resulting from the woody location and the heavy enemy artillery fire. Repeatedly coming under enemy artillery fire, comrade Rudenko disregarded the danger and accurately fulfilled his combat mission; there were no cases of a combat mission failing due to a lack of ammunition.

    He deserves the Order of the Red Star.

    My guess is that Bill has a time machine! He goes back in time and swipes them straight off the Moscow Mint assembly line! Perhaps trades gallons of vodka to the minters in exchange for the Red Stars... OR He wins Kalinka dance competitions and gets these as a prize!

    In all honesty, he must be extremely lucky and/or have great connections! I've been searching for Red Stars for past few months and I've only been able to find a few quality ones... tons of fakes... tons of stars that are over-priced. Kudos to Bill for his dedication and focus on the hobby! I love collections like his that have an extreme focus!
