The serial number is 3.231.268. Form "Red star serial number date range chart" it was awarded for 15 years of service or long service awards in 1954.

Nice condition, These long service awards can also be researched, although not awarded for a heroic deed at least you will be able to put a name, unit and with a little luck face to the award.
