I have made a search in the forum for a list of what serial numbers relate to what date of issue. I have been unable to find such a list so post one here to hopefully assist fellow members.



Perhaps thought can be given to making this a sticky to help future research.

I made this overview a while back as a quick tool to check if a particular Red Star falls in a long-service award range. It may be useful and can be used in tandem with the lists above.

The charts for the other awards that were issued for long service can be found here: Soviet long-service awards (1944–1957)
