Is the order correct, which one can be the fourth, I think it is blurred red-yellow-red ?

The ribbons on the barrette and its ornaments have convincing wear.....
The order of the ribbons is somewhat illogical And the fabric sewn on the back without space for the clamping needle and without a trace that there has been one is, to say the least, strange.

First of all, thank you again for your opinion and time.
I also looked for a similar style, but without success.
I agree, it is a piece with a lot of question marks.
If the price remains within the logical limit, I'll be the one
add to my collection.

I don't have it in my hand, it's possible to be made for sewn rite to the tunic, for me, looks more as homemade, but from which year?
That can also explain the fact that the order is mixed up.

Hello.
I have today received the ribbon bar.
I checked, doesn't glow in the black light, has holes,so I think I was on a uniform
and at last the bar is made of softer material.
IMO, has all the features to be an original.
As for the order I think that the first ribbon can be the Police Long Service Award for 8 years
and the fourth ribbon the Freistaat Anhalt Rettungsmedaille.
Can the order be correct?
