I believe this is a post war badge.
The one I have access to is marked "J. Godet & Co., something else, and the Berlin".
I don't think Godet produced this poor quality of a badge, you can see the casting flaws on the reverse.

The OP pin has the coffin shaped pin anchor, that reveals it as reproduction.
