I know zero about these, but comparing to an original photo there certainly are differences.

Compare the white enameling between the two inner crosses on the main badge on your vs the photo which appears to not have this.



But as the photo is so small maybe I just can't see it.

Here is another picture of the recipient and the medal which sold at auction. This one does not have the white enammeling between the two inner crosses, but there is some delineation.
