Demjansk and Krim shield - Your opinon?

i would be very grateful for your opinion on genuity of these two shields...It´s not my area of interest, but have a chance to get them at reasonable price..

Hi...The Krim's a definite copy and the Demjansk looks like a rebacked original (The missing Log type).
